We come a few times a year as a day trip to hang out in Mystic and usually end the day with a beer and pizza to share. Famous for the Julia Roberts movie, Mystic Pizza, they have the movie on a constant loop. Their menu is typical pizza pub fare. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza ever, but it's pretty decent. We've always been treated with kindness and the pizza is always consistent. I can't compare to other restaurants in the area because we only go to Mystic Pizza when in the area, but it's pretty good if you enjoy pizza! If you have a family, I think this would be a cost effective dinner out after the aquarium or seaport! I would definitely recommend here if you've never been!

Nice place to stop in and eat. The pizza is pretty good and heck, why not relive and admire the setting of a 30 year old movie, can't say you've done that very often! Beer prices are a little steep - starting in the $5 range but the pizza prices did not seem bad.

Best pizza place in the area. If you can put up with the constantly playing movie I definitely recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed!

This place has remained the same forever. Every time I have a bite of this pizza it brings me back to my childhood. Love coming here on my trips back home.

If you go in expecting incredible artisan pizza, you’ll be disappointed, but for a pretty touristy pizza joint, it’s actually fairly good if you temper expectations. The pizza is definitely a step above delivery chains, and would be a pretty top tier takeout place for most towns. It’s not going to win national acclaim for amazing pizza, but it’s solid. On top of that is the bonus for the kitschy atmosphere and the tie to the movie that launched Julia Roberts’s career. It’s fairly huge inside, but it’s also a popular tourist destination, so go early or be ready for a wait.
