My steak burrito didn't come with any steak in it. I don't even know how that can happen considering that is the only meat I had in the burrito, and it should have gotten a bigger serving than any of the toppings I added on. I got a couple of bites into the burrito before I realized I hadn't tasted any meat. I checked and there wasn't any at all in the burrito. Also instead of the Rock n Roll hot sauce, they put the Southwest vinaigrette in the salsa bar and have it labelled incorrectly. I am extremely disappointed because I was craving a big steak burrito with hot sauce, but I just got vinegary cheese and veg. I can't return immediately to get it fixed so I just ate the mess that they gave me.
Came here today for dinner since Chili's was short staffed. We didn't get a greeting. That was the only thing. I ordered a chicken burrito with cilantro rice, lettuce, light tomato, light guac, and light sour cream. There were chips on the side. I also ordered lemonade to drink. My daughter had the kids quesadilla meal with chips and lemonade also. My friend ordered The Stack, which reminds me of the crunch wrap supreme from Taco Bell. Everything tasted really good. I tried the salsa bar and got the two mild salsas, El Guapo and Kaiser. I liked the Kaiser salsa the best. The chips they have are definitely better than Chipotle, Chili's, and Taco Bell. Not too salty or chewy. I'll be working near this location soon, so I'm excited to go back again.
Sloppy and it had foil in the tacos. I ordered a hard crunchy tac, but it is softer than the soft shell. I can’t get the aluminum taste out of my mouth. I am very disappointed. Also, the steak is missing from the steak burrito I ordered.
This place is awesome. Great food and friendly people. I’ve been here many times because I travel for work. Today I used the app and accidentally put in the wrong location. This one. I eat at so many Moe’s and it was totally my mistake. The manager Antonio was so cool about it and offered to make me a new order on my next time through Jax. Great customer service and as always the food is killer! Thanks Moe’s team. Keep up the good work!
Was my first time experience. Was a little overwhelming trying to figure it out. The lady preparing my food was a little pushy. I was trying to figure out what things were since nothing was labeled. The salsa area and fountain drinks area could use some cleaning. Alot of dirt and grime. There is a outside seating area which is nice on days it isn't extremely hot outside.
Would be a 0 if it'd let me. Ordered food online for pickup. Nachos did not come with 3 of the ingredients ordered out of 6. $10 dollars for 50% of the order missing, oh and a tip. Called the store they asked me to come back up there they'd remake it. Um no. I'm not going to waste more gas, or more time for a mistake you made. The "manager" offers me a refund. I said ok that's works. Then told me she will have the manager thought you were the manager? Call me in the morning. Oh annnnnd that I have to bring the nachos back for a refund, and drive up there.BTW NO MANAGER CALLED ME IN THE MORNING After I got off the phone I fed them to my dogs. Not going to again, waste my time and gas for your mistake. Then i felt like they were accusing me of trying to pull a scam. When 1. I never asked for a refund, you offered, and 2. Its $10 why am i scamming on $10!? Anyways, I'm frustrated I feel as a business your failed. Why were there only two options given to solve this issue, and why were both inconveninecing me? Never heard from the actual manager. Put a bad taste in my mouth. It just taught me to not be lazy. Make your own damn food at home. Could have spent $10 dollars on groceries for nachos at home for the week and tipped myself. Thanks for the much needed motivation.
Overall it was great. There was a new employee training and the whole team was doing a great job to assist her. The food was as expected. I definitely felt Welcomed at Moe's.Food: 4/5
I am a huge Moe's fan, but I was highly disappointed but most recent service by the airport. First, over the past few months they have started deleting items such as mushrooms and onions. They still have grilled onions. These were two of my favorite items. When I came in to Moe's I had just left the airport and was in a hurry in a rental car. They did not have steak cooked or shredded chicken cooked. The server notified me it would take 5 minutes. He proceeded to put all items on my food and sit it on the counter while he helped everyone else. It turned out to be 10 to 15 minutes. In addition, they only had large drinks available. It was also free queso day. The person serving the queso filled up a bowl of queso that was supposed to go with my nachos. The manager was speaking from the back and came out and reprimanded her in front of me. This was very unprofessional. I was shocked. He made her to tell her that I only should get two scoops. I have eaten it most over 100 times and this is by far the worst service I have had. I was very disappointed.
Used to be my favorite tex mex. Has seriously gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's all Moe's locations or just this one. No longer serves many items, including black olives. Out of pickled jalapenos. Chips were stale. My container of queso for nachos was less than half full. When I asked for more, the cashier told me that is the amount that comes with nachos I could get in line and order more. I got twice as much when I was here two weeks ago.
Restaurant tables,bathrooms and drink machines were filthy. Food was expensive and subpar. Tried to use a birthday coupon, but not abke to be used at that location?We won't be going back. Go to Chipotle instead.Food: 1/5
