I believe one of the recent reviewers must be correct. We stopped in for lunch today and this location was nice and clean with some fresh and tasty food. The staff was very friendly as well. I liked their outdoor seating area. Many of the Chipotle locations have tables with just umbrellas to cover the tables but this location has a covered area that was actually quite comfortable even with the hot temperature in the 90s today. This will definitely go on our list of possibilities for a lunch time stop on our travels in the area. I do hope the cleanliness, service, and quality of food stays good at this location. If you stopped going recently then I’d encourage you to give it another try.
This location is usually good. I stopped in during a busy Friday night and they were great. The staff handled the long line and busy takeout section quite well. I ordered the chicken bowl and it was hot, fresh, and yummy. That hot sauce was hot and delicious. The dining room did need some attention. I will be returning. Bravo!Food: 4/5
We use the online app to order and have never had an issue. Always accurate, fresh and delicious. My only con is that I wish they offered shrimp as a protein so I didn't have to add my own at home. I also skip the guacamole +$2 and just add my own avocado at home.
The food was not bad, but the workers are not friendly at all and rude! The dining room was really dirty, and no one was cleaning the tables and around the tables, after the customers!
Because I live in northside, Jacksonville, this is the only Chipotle that is 20 minutes away, but it's across the interstate. I place online orders to help reduce the time spent getting the food, but ever since I've been in this city, they haven't done as well as any other Chipotle I've been to. You have to personally walk up to the already busy register and ask them for your order because they don't place it on the online-order shelf. And when you do receive your order, sometimes it's not correct, but it would take another 15 minutes for them to correct it. I spent $20 for 6 tacos, but I got 2 tacos. I do not want to drive back to hurl the order back over the counter, it's not worth the 20 minute drive and their kitchen is already a mess by the looks of it. It was flooded last I was there.
I ordered a bowl. I was given half of what normally is served. I asked for half Chicken and Steak. I was given 6 pieces of steak. Then I was charged for a full order of Steak. The staff was rude and totally unprofessional. I highly recommend if you want food, don’t get it from this location.
Do not order online and let them fix it! your order will definitely be messed up. We got our orders And ordered extra meat and and we hardly had any meat on it. Every one of our ordered were incorrect and with our food drowning in sour cream!! I ordered a salad and it hardly had any lettuce in it. Called and complained and the manager Bre could’ve cared less. I hope corporate read this!
Worst experience ever at a Chipotle! Restaurant was extremely dirty. Garbage cans overflowing, every napkin dispenser was empty, tables were dirty and the production counter was COVERED with food from every container. Not one employee was working with any efficiency or direction. Lots of staff around the restaurant but no one showed any effort to get the line of guests served in a timely manner.
Employees seems irritated. There was little to no engagement from them as I ordered. I asked for salsa by name and color and she put the wrong one on there I assume bcuz she wasn’t listen. She didn’t ever make eye contact and barely said any words other than next. When I said that was the wrong salsa she said “it’s fine” to me it’s not fine I don’t like that one but I went with it anyway bcuz she had zero intention to remake it or scrape it off. I asked for a double wrap and for my burrito to be wrapped once and then wrapped with the second to ensure all the goods are inside. She decided to put both tortilla together and wrap it once and most of all the sauces ended up on the outside of the burrito. Exactly what I didn’t want to happen. When I checked out I had asked for a grapefruit Izze and was handed a blackberry. For $18 not worth it to me to come back. My burrito was such a mess I didn’t finish eating it. Wasted time and money.
Arrived to see a sign that they are digital only. Tried to place an online order for the whole family, only to then have the app glitch. It wouldn't load a pick up time so I couldn't proceed. I went in and asked for help. I was told their wifi is bad and to go somewhere else to submit the order. I advised that I wasn't using wifi. The lady seemed very annoyed. I wondered how being digital only made it easier for them, but now I get it: they turn people away so there is less food to make. Seems like a poor business model and a poor representation of Chipotle if you ask me.
