Moe’s food is amazing. Unfortunately the staff reflects the work ethic in our society. The workers must take the same medicine as the Taco Bell employees across the road. These people are powered by bath salts. Good food, but garbage employees. Last night was bring your baby to work night. Moe’s corporate, get it together or you’ll end up like Salsaritas!
This is the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at Moe’s!! Thursday 11/17/22 around 12:30ish Today is my birthday and my reward wasn’t coming up on the app, so I called and spoke to the manager and she told me to just come in anyways and she’d help me out!! When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and excitement. Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming! The manager ended up using her free meal on me for my birthday and I could’ve CRIED!! They all made my day and just show that good people do exist in this world. Shoutout to all of the amazing employees they have here, I am in awe of how everyone here does their jobs so cheerfully!! Thank you Moe’s for making this a great birthday!!
Don't go here after 8:00 PM? We walked in at 8:15..outside lights are off and OPEN sign is turned off.. Kid preparing food was nice but.. supervisor wasn't! Iced tea all packed up, "pick something else or we'll refund your money" Black beans..out..about 15 beans in each plate. All the salsa put away, waited for 5 minutes for them to bring some. Chips are not fried fresh..cold left overs.. quite disappointing. It's a shame .we've been to several with consistently quality food and service.
Best allergen awareness! The girl at the counter today made sure to change her gloves and scoop from untouched ingredients below the counter the ensure our food wasn't gluten contaminated. And of course, you can't go wrong with the most addictive queso on the planet. Kid-friendliness: Moe's has a kid-friendly menu with fun names for the food. Those names haven't changed in at least 15 years so they're fond to my childhood. Dietary restrictions: Again, INCREDIBLE service for those with allergies. They have an allergen chart at the beginning of the line and the staff made sure to change their gloves and pull ingredients from uncontaminated containers.
Staff are all nice and I've had good food and service in the past but the last three orders all had issues. I decided to finally go there in person since the menu for doordash doesn't have a tofu option and the veggie option doesn't add anything to the order. First time I got a childs burrito when I ordered a homewrecker. After going there today for my third order it was less busy due to them closing around 9:00 but I showed up around 7:50 and they decided to cook the tofu fresh, which I had no problem with until getting home to eat the food. Everything was fine but the tofu was undercooked. I wouldn't have minded staying for the wait if they needed to prepare the tofu. The worker there didn't want to serve me tofu that was sitting out and I appreciate that. I understand that they were prepping to close within about an hour but I still believe that I showed up at a reasonable time. It would have been more understandable if I showed up much later. I'm still willing to go there and give it a few more tries but if I have more issues I won't be returning for a while.
Staff was so rude it made me mad to think my mother and I spent $50 here. Thanked the woman who stared at me blankly like our presence and business was an inconvenience to her. The food was fresh, and there was a nice gentleman who took our order. The girl at checkout had an ugly attitude and shouldn’t be the face of the business. Would not go back to this location simply because of the treatment received.
I ordered through the app and had to wait 40 minutes after estimated time. There was only 1 worker preparing food then another joined after about 5 minutes. The cashier was unfriendly and looked disdainful at me when I told her my cup of queso was missing. She told me to look under the chips and I let her know they weren't there. This was on a Friday night around 6 PM. I will not return for a while. Chipotle is coming to town and they will get my hard earned money when I want Tex-Mex.
Took about 25 minutes to get my food with a line of about 6 people. Staff was rude, including one calling me a man even though I'm a woman. Better off going somewhere else for the price.
Five burrito meals with chips and drinks. Ordered two cups of queso and asked for chips after seeing they were not giving any more. Was told we couldn’t have anymore until we finished the chips on our tray. I’m curious, if we only ordered queso, would we have to eat it with a spoon? Begging for more chips is so unbecoming especially after paying $14 extra for melted cheese from a bag. Wonder how soon Chipotle is opening?
Food is usually very good, but the line workers seem to either be overworked, or under-trained. Regardless, a definite step up from Taco Bell and some of the lower level Mexican restaurants in the area.Food: 4/5
