Seriously this is how they serve their food disgusting. It's pathetic management and crew. I didn't even eat it waste of money don't even bother at this place. Hope the higher ups go in and clean house because they all need to be replaced this was Oct. 2,2022 @ 9pm that crew needs to be replaced
If I could do 0 stars I would. I’m so beyond upset. my husband got home with our food and this is what happened to his the paper will not come off it’s like fused to the cheese. And mine the cheese wasn’t even on top. Do better
Drive thru is lacking now for some reason. No tacos made correctly. My chalupas? I'm not sure what these are, Chalupas they are not. I would have sent there's back to... Do better taco bell. My meal is worth making properly. You got paid properly!
Got there with 2 hungry kids & had to use the kiosk to order, when finished it asked if I wanted to pay with cash at counter or a card since I had cash I hit cash & continue. After waiting 45 minutes & about 5 people leave that ordered after me I went to the counter & asked about our order. I was informed that my order was visible but I had to pay with debit or credit card. I'm guessing the lady that told me that was a mgr. & a rude one at that. Anyway my whole issue is why didn't she call me up there when the order appeared & tell me that instead of making us wait so long. I would have paid with a card if she did that but by now I was mad so instead I grabbed the 2 kids left & went elsewhere. If they were only taking cards they should have had it posted on the kiosk & the cash button should have been disabled to avoid this problem. I had 2 hungry kids wanting Taco Bell so if you're a parent you know my dilemma. Thank you for reading
We have always my husband especially loved Taco Bell. BUT This particular location is just always awful. Our biggest complaint and frustration is how often they are just not open. I get that COVID made so many things so difficult and overly complicated, but this restaurant has issues with just about everything food quality, cleanliness, speed, customer service, accurateness of items ordered and the list goes on and on. The employees do their absolute best to ignore you when you eat in the dinning room. It’s really sad because we really want to support them, but between the rising cost of everything and horrible experiences most of the times we go we almost never eat here anymore. This store has plenty of business, if it fails it’s completely because of poor management, inconsistency and all around poor customer service.
9/16/22 App wasn't working so went inside to order. Had to argue to get the manager to honor the app promotion. Poor customer service and dining room was messy. Once again disappointed at this location. No ice in the beverage machine and my daughter's order was wrong. When she told them it did not have the correct ingredients, she was told SHE was wrong. 4/18/21 All three Doritos Locos tacos broken. I pulled from the drive through to the parking lot to eat. Difficult enough to eat broken tacos, but then had to do it in the car.
Michael and Matthew handled my very large order and they were awesome! Very polite and respectful, and my order was perfect! I could not have asked for a better experience! They both deserve a hefty raise.Food: 5/5
The employees at this particular establishment are incompetent. One time one of the employees screamed at customers in the lobby that they weren't taking cash and drive thru is more important than inside orders. This was one of the worst "fast" food experience I've had and I wasn't expecting 5 star service. I was hoping for at least normal fast food service. Especially from a place that doesn't actually cook anything.
2nd time now my order has been incomplete. Please spend a few more seconds double checking orders before giving them to drive-thru customers. Im not one to hold up the drive-thru line checking everything in my bag, but I will if this continues. I'd rather not just give my money away with nothing in return.Food: 4/5
Worst taco bell I have ever been to. There are always some issues when I go there, which suck because near my work. Did an online order for inside pickup but they closed the lobby again so couldn't go in , I walked over from work , went to drive thru to see if I could get my food that I paid for and they would not give it to me. Said I had to use my car to go thru drive thru. So now I have to fight to get my money back Don't know how it'd still open.
