The person who prepared our food tonight was a poor listener, I had to repeat myself several times (& I'm not a soft-spoken person). His demeanor indicated he could just fall asleep at any moment...but everyone was like that - not the usual friendly energetic team I'm accustomed to, more like dogs that had just been beaten. There was no line. One of my requests was to have the sour cream added to my quesadilla AFTER it was grilled; while it was on the grill the cashier started asking me about my order like she wanted to cash me out NOW, so I couldn't continue to watchdog the food. While at the register I noticed the preparer was already wrapping my food & I specifically asked "did you add the sour cream" he said yes. Got the food home, got settled in to eat - no sour cream, not a drop. And the whole time the guy's hands are mildly but persistently shaking, which I find concerning. The cashier was not friendly, I dare say she has a poor attitude, & I could live without seeing the shrapnel sticking out of her lips [NOT appetizing at all]. The one guy I know has been there a long time & always does a good job with our food is cleaning the grill - I don't recognize the others. Do us all a favor & put the noobs on scrub duty & the experienced person on the prep line. The people I dealt with tonight behaved as though we were bothering them. VERY disappointed.

Bomb quesadillas, free chips and salsa, fresh jalapenos and grilled veggies are great. Yes it can get crowded but always consistent. Also get a side of queso..

I always Love moes but tonight the experience wasn't good .it was slow and the girls or anyone has long hair need to be in hairnet.this one girl was over the food swing back and forth when she was working.... unexpected. This was in queenbury NY.

Extremely busy, all employees seem to be moving right along, BUT, waited for nearly 15 minutes to be served, tables dirty, out of utensils, garbage overflowing. Cashier not the friendliest. Probably awhile before we try that again.

On multiple occasions I have encountered great friendly staff, amazing food, and a fun experience! Totally recommend coming to this branch!
