Man I don't know how you can serve food that is both burnt and freezing cold, but this taco Bell location has figured out that elusive secret. Every time I get food from here something is screwy. Forgotten items, burnt, wrong items etc. Lobby & bathrooms are always gross here as well. Even though it appears they have plenty of people making food it always takes forever. At my most recent visit it was quite busy, saw them reusing dirty trays, just tossing clean paper on them. Exit 18 is typically cleaner/faster because they don't seem to get as busy.

I go here every time I visit great escape on exit 20 (Taco is on 19) on the Adirondack Northway. Friendly staff and fast service. This taco bell happens to be the only one left in NY Adirondack region with long John...so sad :( . It is not really busy either. Food is fresh most of the time except if you buy fish around 9 pm because long john closes at 9 and you might get left over fish. I did get it once and had no problem exchanging it tho. She did not even see my fish and simply gave me 2 new fresh fillets. Not everyone has such great customer service. Restaurant is clean and so are the rest rooms. It is ideal for dinner after a hectic day and relax. I also tried the chalupas and they tasted really good. Don't forget to try their sauces; there are a ton to choose from and the aisle is in the middle of the seating area.

The warmth oesn't always survive the 10 minute ride home, sometimes the Doritos Los tacos are stale or soggy. The fountain drinks are usually the sweetest here.

this Taco Bell location is awful. Burritos are barely stuffed and usually the contents taste old. You're better off going to Exit 18 Taco Bell.

Waste of money. I think it's only of the Lake George restaurant. Crappy , I don't really care about my job, service is all that they are willing to serve you with
