They got cheap. Beforehand, you would get so much food, you'd have left overs into the next day. Wife and I loved going there. Now, you can order double and still get even less than what a normal amount used to be when they first opened. I just ordered a bowl with extra pork. Instead, I got a large bowl of rice, beans, and cheese with a sprinkling of shredded pork like it was used for garnish. Never going back again.

I was very disappointed in this visit. After entering into MOES in Cutler bay. I observed the worker (all young ladies) arguing, snapping at each other in FRONT OF CUSTOMERS) I witness 1 if the young ladies shout to others workers do this do that. Not what she was saying but how it was said. This young lady only wanted to do the cash register and dictate to everyone else. She then begin to talk down to a male African American on the girl that one customer thought it was funny how she was speaking to him. Needless to say I will not be going back into that MOES. NO A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I DON'T LIKE HAVING ANGER WORKERS FIX MY FOOD BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE ANGER FOOD. I only rated because it would not let me post with out something being entered.

The food isnt flavorful... it's kind of bland. The guacamole tastes like overripe tomatoes... mushy... and the staff seemed to be more interested in laughing and joking with each other than helping customers...I will say the place was clesn.

Unfortunately, this specific location is no good. They were out of many items, such as steak, peppers, and limes. The worst part was the lady at the cash register's attitude. While attending us, she reprimanded the lady serving the meat for giving us "too much" meat; and she overcharged us for a burrito bowl because it didn't have rice and beans. Then, our young son dropped his food. A young man cleaning witnessed and saw our son crying. His immediate response was "don't worry, I'll get him some more." Yet, the same rude lady told him he couldn't give our son a little more. The poor young man had to come back and say "I can't. I'm so sorry." How humiliating for this young man. When talking to the lady at the cash register about her ill behavior, she just wanted to talk herself. Our family has been enjoying Moe's for many years and Moe Mondays is our favorite. However, we will never go to this location ever again. We have eaten at the Doral and Kendall locations many times (3-5 times a month, for years) and have never once had a bad experience in any of the other locations. Too bad this location sucks, since it's much closer to our home. Next time, we will drive to a farther location.

Decent food the only problem I have with it is the meat is never hot it's always just warm to room temperature
