It's food is nothing special. There is great variety in the menu which says something... Many years ago this was not the case. There used to be a local artist who was working here as a host/server for many years. He was well respected and provided great service. He also displayed elaborate drawings at the counter which, if I remember correctly, you could purchase to help him out and get something visually appealing. Sadly, the culture this man brought left with him. This IHOP is now just a hollow shell run by people who hate their lives and want you to feel the same.

Today was my first visit to this particular IHOP. Food was good and fresh. They were quite busy and the waiter didn't make any attempt to hide this fact as he rushed and didn't do well, at all, of acting like he had "all the time in the world" for us alone (this is a skill I consider as a valuable and important talent of good wait staff) on the contrary I felt rushed to order, and had to constantly wave him down to make any requests. He did check-in once after food was delivered, but barely even stood in front of us as he rushed by asking if everything was okay. Perhaps when it's not so busy it's a completely different experience, I don't know... Yet. It's due to the service that I dropped stars to "average" rating of 3. If you like a good breakfast and don't mind these types of wait staff issue(s), it is not a bad place to come... I will come here again, even with this.

Ordered to go. Only 2 stacks. Order confirmation said it would be ready approximately 11:16. I got my food after standing in line at 11:45!! I was in a rush tge reason why i tried this online order to go for the first time. It was recommended. Never again!!

I went to IHop for a quick bite. The staff were very nice. But it took for ever to get our food. Our waitress kept forgetting the condiments that we asked for. They never came by to refill our drinks. Usually it's a great place to go, maybe I just got them on the wrong day.

Gigi was a great server!! She made us feel welcomed and took care of our every need during our time there. It was a great dining experience.
