I wouldn't even waste my time. I called Mohawk, hoping I could get someone to help me unload a storage container (POD) at my home.  I originally called an spoke to a very nice receptionist that took down my information to send to their estimate individual.  I hadn't heard anything for a few days, so I called back and the receptionist was so rude! I was told "we are far to busy to waste guys on doing that".  I was shocked! I will definitely be going with someone else, even if they cost more.  I couldn't be paid to use this company.

My move with Mohawk moving went as smoothly as a I could have asked for! The receptionist was extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions. The crew was friendly and professional, and arrived on time. My move was completed in the same time as estimated by the owner, and I had no damages. I will definitely use Mohawk in the future.

I would recommend not using Mohawk Movers for their moving services. My mother in law has a broken vas, angel and her only tv is warped. The truck was in a motor vehicle accident with a motorcycle on the way from home to home and only $50 was given to replace the items.

They hired people from labour ready to move you . These people that showed up never moved anyone before . The most  senior person to pack the truck on the Friday was there 5 months . On the Monday another guy showed up to finish moving our stuff and never packed a truck with a guy from labour ready . It was a joke . Took 4 hours on the Monday to load master bedroom . I will never use them again . I would rent a u haul and go to labour ready and hire my own people at 12 hour . That's all they did . I have moved lots and never  seen such a joke . It was worse move ever . I would have rather been hit by a car . So good luck if you use them . It's like your worst nightmare .

I would strongly recommend against hiring these people.  The office staff has a huge attitude problem.  When I called for movers to move my things to storage I was told that they do storage.  What no one mentioned in any way is that it is not the type of storage that you can access.  In the past I have rented a storage unit from another business close by and it was a wonderful experience.  This however, was not.  I didn't find out my things would be put in rickety crates until the movers had my things loaded on the truck.  (the movers - 3 men and a truck? a division of Mohawk Moving I guess? were great - a little slow but they did the job.)  There were numerous times when I talked to office staff by phone they were very very rude.  When I was arranging to pick up my things (with a Uhaul) I was suddenly told about the pick up your things fee!  Yes an additional fee to take my things out, because someone has to use the forklift.  I said why wasn't I told about this before?  The answer, "You should have asked more questions."  They also were not able to accommodate my retrieval on a Saturday, forcing me to take a day off work.  The office staff slammed a door in my helpers face as well.  Overall, these people are rude, unable to communicate, and unaccomodating.  I would rather stab myself in the leg with a rusty fork than ever do business with them again!
