Joe is a very reasonable guy. If you buy a bike from him you will not be disappointed. He cares about his customers and the products he sells. I recently bought a brand new bike from here him. I couldn't be happier with the new bike. When I first was picking out a bike Joe was very patient with me and helped me find the right one for me.  Thank you Joe I would recommend you to anyone who asks me if I know of a good place to purchase a bike.

Wife and I bought bikes from Joe earlier this year. Very pleased with the service he provided. Having been away from biking since we were kids, we were just coming back to it from many year away. Joe took the time to answer all our questions, some of which were undoubtedly silly. We've  taken our bikes back in a couple times for adjustments, and Joe is always willing to look at them right away. This kind of service and attention to detail is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this bike shop!

I've purchased two bikes from Joe over the last few years.  Joe is great about finding the right bike to fit you in size and budget!  He has also serviced several of my bikes now and is always willing to teach you more about your bike and properly maintaining them.  Joe offers a level of service that is hard to find nowadays - friendly, dependable and affordable.  Well worth the drive from Urbandale!
