It was a busy Sunday afternoon and I had a little trouble getting service today. Normally I get fast reliable service. They have done top notch service on my commuter bike when asked. All in all, happy with my experience. I would recommend this shop to others in need of bike service or repair.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff makes this a great place to shop for bikes, clothing, and accessories. The employees are also avid cyclists so have first hand experience with many of the products.

Friendly knowledgeable service. I started riding again a year ago after stopping when I got my driver's license. I spent a year on a used road bike and was very happy but realized I needed a new bike that I felt more comfortable on riding to and from work 11 miles. Being out of the cycling world for so long left me overwhelmed by options. Justin and Matt helped me make a knowledgeable decision on a bike and accessories that I love and will love for a very long time. I highly recommend going to bike world for all your needs. If they don't have what you want they can help you get it. If you are uncertain about what you need they will give you the right knowledge to make the right decision.
