We very recently lost our mother.  She passed away on Christmas Eve at the age of 90.  Having used Molloy Funeral Home for my father almost 15 years ago, we knew right away that we would use them again for our mom.  At this time of Covid, it was even more important to use a funeral home that we trust.   Everything was handled with the utmost of care and compassion by all the staff at Molloy Funeral Home.   From the service at the funeral home to the cemetery, it was exactly what our mom would have wanted given the circumstances of 2020.  Thank you so much for the dignity and kindness you showed to our mom and to our family.

Molloy Funeral earns its reputation as being a caring, efficient and highly professional establishment in the community at a time of great sadness and confusion. They made a devastating time so much easier due to its compassionate and knowledgeable staff that goes out of their way to assist,  accommodate, and clearly explain things — especially Chris Molloy.  Everything was done with the utmost respect and care, and genuine compassion. No pressure tactics and they genuinely LISTEN and RESPECT family wishes in every way.  Molloy was the right decision. Chris and the staff at Molloy Funeral Home are incredible. They were extremely professional, kind and sensitive during the entire process. Chris paid attention to every detail - no matter how big or small - which enabled our grieving family to focus on celebrating our father's life, rather than worry if we remembered everything we needed to do. The Molloy Funeral Home is a true treasure. Quality of care, attention to detail, and caring compassionate staff are unrivaled. Grief over the loss of a loved one is not a single moment in time, but many moments over a period of time and I found the staff to be there with us every step of the way. I will forever be greatful for their efforts with my mother.

During a bad time in my lfe Chris Malloy of Malloy Funeral Home in West Hartford walked me through planning a funeral with great kindness. He told me everything I needed to know. He was also very honest, with no attempt to upsell, just giving me everything I asked for.  Thespaces available to us were lovely, visiting hours managed efficiently and the service was both warm and dignified.

Thank you guys for your help in such a sad moment. Everything was done on time and the staff is very professional.

I lost Karen at the highth ot the Virus and a traditional  funeral was impossible. With their help the family decided that cremation was the only choice. It was   very difficult decision  but the only choice. It was handled with the greatest of respect.

Molloy’s is simply put, the best.  Professional, compassionate, friendly, helpful and kind. They have helped our daily for years and we are always amazed .

We could not have had more compassionate service when we lost our baby. The staff were comforting and reassuring that our baby was in the best hands.
