Incredible bunch of people to work with. I had my grandmother's funeral and wake at their facility. Very professional and empathetic. Great group of people. Worked mostly with Rich and Dave and would highly recommend  them because your loved one and family would be well taken care of. Exceptional service.

I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest thanks for the wonderful service I have received from David Skinner, at Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home.  I find David to have uncommon integrity, patience, and he provides wonderful customer service. In pre-arranging my mother’s funeral, it didn’t matter how many arrangement changes I needed to make, how many questions I need answered,  or the time David had to expend, he always did it with a pleasant attitude and a smile. I can’t comment on the funeral service yet, because my mother is still with us. However, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind, when the time comes, David and company will do an absolutely wonderful job. I am deeply in debt to David for his honesty, honorability, kindness, and willingness to help.  He’s just wonderful.  I highly recommend Sheehan-Hilborn-Breen Funeral Home, without qualification. First I'm posting this under a fake name. Second. It's hard to like them when you have so many relatives going through here that they should start a reward program or a frequent mourner card or something.  Next. Relative gets cremated. Gets call say found jewelry of hers. Afterwards. Jeez. Since not talk to me. Guess never know.

After a sudden and unexpected loss, the Sheehan’s staff were courteous and professional. David is very kind and compassionate and attentive to every detail. Collectively, David and the staff helped to ease our family’s grieving.

Amazing! I mainly worked with Rick but everyone was amazing! They were very understanding and so helpful! I couldnt have picked a better place for my mother in laws funeral! These guys are great & im so thankful for everything!

This place is great, they are very helpful and kind. If you are handicapped NO PROBLEM, they will be there for whatever you need.

I went there the day after my dad died to make arrangements I was greeted with such warmth by the staff who said dad is here from being brought from hartford hospital where he had passed the guys said dad is here with us we have been taking care of him for you I can't tell you how much comfort that gave me in such a devasting time I hope everyone feels that same feeling of calm for a minute while going through a loss of any kind I sincerely thank the staff for their comfort and professionalism sincerely ellen garry roche.

They are excellent, kind and personable  Attentive to every need - they even lent me a sport coat!  Even the owner's Father appeared and was a smiling, delightful man.

These people were great right from the start! Very sensitive and determined to help create the experience I needed.

Sheehan Funeral Home did an exceptional job helping me plan my aunts funeral. David, Brian, and Lisa were kind and patient! They pay attention to detail and guided me through the entire process. I am so grateful we chose to work with them!
