Purchased a new Trek bike for our son back in July from Jason, have been back in the store several times since for basic service and odds and ends. Every time in the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
One of the times we brought the bike in for routine servicing Jason offer us a loaner bike as we were planning a ride that day, it was a much higher end bike than the one we purchased for our son. We were used to the cost and performance of the typical department store bikes, the Trek bikes were of a higher cost factor but the performance difference was incomparable. This exposure led us to purchase 3 more Trek bikes from Jason today. One of the bikes we wanted was not in stock here in the local area and we were planning a afternoon ride today. I spoke with Jason about options for the out of stock bike this morning and Jason took the time to go to another store over in Illinois and pick the bike up today so we had it in time for our outing. The four Trek bikes all performed great on the trails and looking forward to many more outings, Thanks again to Jason and all the staff at Momentum Cycles in O'Fallon Mo.

11/1 I had searched on line and found a bike rack i wanted for these new bikes, was going to order it from an online place but though to give Jason a call first. He was able to offer the same cost as the online so i ordered it from him. The rack came in and when i went to pick it up  expecting a big box of loose parts they had already assembled the rack for me and assisted with getting it on my truck. Two thumbs up for Momentum and their staff..

I just purchased another bike and I'm really excited about it.  It's a great store and the staff is always ready to answer any questions and help find the right bike.  I have my bikes serviced there also.  The overall service and experience is the best at Momentum Cycles.

I've purchased a couple bikes from Momentum and have always received great support and advice from the team here at Momentum. They do all of my maintenance work and repairs and the work is always top quality. On top of this, the staff is great. Always polite and helpful!

Very friendly staff and great service.  Have bought several bikes there and recently bought a Thule rack and add-on extender.  They assembled both items for me, which made for a simple out the door experience.  Highly recommended bike shop in O'Fallon.

I will no longer do business with them which is unfortunate since they are so close to my house.  Their service has been very poor the last few times I have been there
