Went into Swim Bike Run after needing to replace my old pair of running shoes. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. Customer service here is impeccable! Would recommend heavily to beginners and experts alike. I will be shopping here in the future!

I randomly stumbled into swim bike run on my way to friar tuck one night about 2 years ago.  So glad that happened.  The first time talking with mike (the owner) I knew that this was the shop I wanted to be doing business with.  You could tell just by talking to him how excited and knowledgeable he was about this industry.  I ended up buying my first full suspension mountain bike from the shop and he even invited me out to ride some trails with him.  Super cool.  Dealing with the shop for the last couple years and being able to meet the rest of the crew everyone is really nice and knows their stuff.  The staff there is well rounded and most have dabbled in a little bit of everything so if its mountain, road, swimming, running these guys will be able to answer your questions.  Recently they took on Mike B as a full time tech, which was the missing piece to their puzzle. He makes working on bikes look easy.

Great customer service! Set out to bike from Busch Greenway Trailhead to the Katy Trail, realized I had a flat, drove back here to buy a new tire, employee offered to change it at no extra cost.

I went online for a bike repair shop close to my home here in O"Fallon Mo and Swim Bike Run popped up. This is a high end bike shop  with very expensive bikes and equipment in it. My granddaughter was given a MonGoose mountain bike and the derailleur was bent up. We spoke to a gentleman named Mike and he took the bike inspected it and told us what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. Now this is a low end bike ( she is 9 years old and perfect for her for now ) but he treated us like we were having a higher end bike repaired. I even told him when we picked it up how impressed I was. When it comes time for the granddaughters to get a better bike I will definitely go back to see them.

Went in there to get our jogging stroller tire fixed and the employee was able to fix it and also checked to make sure the other tires where in good shape. Ended up getting one new tire, and two new tire tubes. Excellent customer service.
