Call service was kind, but on call mondak employee was a complete ass. (His name is Brad). I manage an apartment for a company out of Fargo (non profit) and he told me he would not come out and check out the problem that night, nor would he ever come because he didn't want to be involved with any equipment that Mondak didn't specifically put in....I'm so sick of companies in Williston not willing to get off their asses and work. Customer service is non existent in Williston...so over it!!

Have always had an excellent experience with customer service and just everybody there! Don't take my word, give them a try yourself!
