Dr Brown has once again won my admiration for her gentle care of my daughter. She takes the time to listen to a child patient and let her know everything she was doing in a fun and loving manner. My daughter is scared of the dentist but when she met and has been treated by Dr Brown her anxiety is almost completely gone because there are no surprises. We put off treatment of a cavity for too long over this. Treatment was 2 visits, 3 injections and 4 cavities. Yes injections sting, but how Dr Brown talks the patient through every step made it a good experience for my daughter. Love Dr Brown. Highly recommend her for the entire family.

Had my first root canal today at Monarch Dental. The dentist was very nice and truly wanted to make sure I was comfortable all the way through the procedure. Also, they completed it much faster than the last time I had a root canal. Definitely would recommend this company to any one needing dental work done. The receptionist was very nice as well and helped me with a payment plan to get the work done, otherwise I would have been in pain for a whole week before I could pay the full amount up front.

Monarch Dental definitely surprised me on their services. The wait was very short, everyone was very friendly, and gave us their full cooperation to help us out as much as possible. Very clean place and they always tried to make sure if we were comfortable when doing procedures.

Came in for a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed. The appointment went smoothly and quickly. The surgeon was so friendly and very thorough with explaining exactly what will happen during surgery and what is currently going on with my wisdom teeth, making me feel more comfortable with actually having the procedure completed. The pre-op/post-op instructions were also explained to me clearly. All of the staff at Monarch are very friendly, helpful, and patient when it comes to answering any questions I have.

I did not even want to give this place one star; but it will not let me post my review. I made a appointment three weeks ago to have my teeth cleaned. My appointment was at 4pm. I was then then told my hygienist had someone added to her schedule and I would have to wait until 5:30 or reschedule my appointment. I consider this place and their staff to be extremely unprofessional.
