Dr. Dean has been my dentist off and on for 16 years. Anytime my insurance is in network for the oral health center I go to him. He is very careful and gentle. Unfortunately I did not take care of my teeth as a kid and now I'm paying for it. BUT Dr. Dean makes it much more comfortable. I can barely even feel the shots. Thank you for your exemplary care over the years!

I had such a great experience at the Oral Health Center, the staff and Dr.'s are very nice and professional. Totally recommend!

Do not go here!!!!! I will never go here again!!!!! The billing lady basically told my 5 year old who was in pain they will not help him till his parents are rich and are able to just slap $600 on the table on demand. I have been going here for years with no problems. Now, they refuse to not do any payments with us because we took longer than they wanted to pay off the last balance we had with them. Things got hard my husband went on disability. But we still PAID them in FULL. Today I had an appointment for my 5 year old who was in tears with pain. They didn't care. All they could think about was making sure I knew that they were not going to work out payments with us and that they will be expecting us to pay everything up front as she showed me my PAID OFF ACCOUNT! They got their money and would have gotten it again. I will never ever go here again to a place that only cares about money and not their patients!!!! ..... this was the 3rd and final straw! the first was a couple years ago when we scheduled a late appointment because of work. And had to wait a few months to get this time. I kept getting calls all day at work the day of our appointment from them. I cannot answer my phone while I am work. The only message they left was "Hey we have an earlier appointment, call us if you'd like to change it." So I ignored it because I wanted / needed the late appointment and didn't want to change it. And they said call if I WANTED to change it. So we went to the appointment as planned, only to find a note on the locked door saying they had closed early. And that they had tried to reach me.... Really!? .... They said nothing about closing early. Then the second problem was when we were still trying to get them paid off, my husband had an emergency and was pain and had to go in. The billing lady told him that he needed to pay off the account before they would help him.... Are you kidding me?! ... Then after the dentist came out and talked to her, she said "OK, we will help you out this one last time." And she sure proved that, when she turned my 5 year old, who was in pain away. So we called another dentist while we were in Oral Health Center's waiting room, and this other dentist got us right in and will let us do payments at 0% interest and no money down. Monarch Dental took care of my 5 year old!!

I had some extensive work done on my teeth and Dr. O'donoghue and his staff took great care of me. They took the time to explain what was to happen, were kind and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this office and his team!
