Dr. Audet and his staff are fantastic. Friendly, on-time, fair prices, well run office. My whole family has been going there for 15 years with no complaints. I'd recommend this dental office to everyone.

I have been going to Dr Audet since I was 4 years old.  I have been to two other dentists in my life, on days when I had urgent dental needs when Dr Audet was on vacation, and was very fast to go back to Dr Audet to fix whatever problem the other two dentists caused while they were fixing the original problem.  Needless to say, I was very concerned when Dr Audet retired two months ago.   Unfortunately, everyone has the right to retire, and I cannot pull him out of retirement just to work on my teeth.  

So, along comes Dr Valcourt.  He is incredibly soft spoken, very gentle, and kind.  I very recently had a huge medical issue that caused a huge dental issue, but he did an incredible job for me at a time when I was having a  lot of stress.  I am so very impressed that I wrote this review- something that I don't often do.  

I am a medical provider in the area, and I will absolutely be sending my patients to Dr Valcourt.  Thank you for coming to Sturbridge!

If I could give negative stars, I would... On November 3rd, 2016, I sent an email and request for an appointment. On Nov. 4th, 2016, I received an email back that said I would be hearing back from them soon to make an appointment.  10 days later, I called to see what happened to the appt. and the receptionist said that they weren't taking new patients and "that's probably why I did hear from them". If they were a respectable office, I should've gotten a response from them either way.

I've been going to Dr Audette for 3 years now and i wouldnt go anywhere else he's the best around . The receptionists are great, very proffessional and courteous ,willing to listen and hear your issues and help in anyway they can. I would highly recomend this office !!!
