Terrible, is the first word that comes to my mind. Incompetent is probably the second. Came in for an eye exam about a month ago from me writing this. Everything initially went fine. Picked out a pair of frames, was told the insurance would pay some of it l, alright. A few days later I get a phone call stating the insurance isn't paying after all so I call and I get told all I owe is a $10 copay. Two weeks later I get another call stating again the insurance didn't pay and I'm still going to owe money. So I go in and am told "the insurance isn't paying for the frames you're gonna owe full price" even though it's been over two years since I even had an exam. So I go call the insurance company don't get a straight answer. Another two weeks role by so I go into their office to see if my glasses were in yet and to just go ahead and pay what I still owe. Get told they still haven't ordered them and I just went a month waiting on glasses for nothing.  I will never do business with them again, and for the price I'd rather just go to lens crafters. 

TL:DR: mislead me on how much I was going to have to pay, and made me wait over a month without even ordering my glasses I paid for.

I had an amazing experience.  The eye exam was thorough and in depth and the technician helping me choose eyeglass frames was friendly and helpful as was the receptionist. Overall I had a positive experience.

I went there for the first time today.  Doctor Berry was fantastic and the rest of the staff and doctors were all really sweet. I'm excited to get my new glasses and will definitely be back!
