Awesome staff. Bonnie is a pleasure to see when we come in. Great deals and bargains to be had there. I have bought many items for a fraction of retail. And never had any issues with items being defective.

I have been an avid pawn shopper for over 25 years and I must say that the Standon shops including this one are always clean and well organized. The staff is also friendly and helpful. It is just a fact of life that someone is going to come through the door and want 100 dollars for a 25 dollar item. I have seen many customers over the years leave pawn shops angry and even cursing. I dont feel this should reflect negatively on the store or its staff. I have done business here many times through the years and will continue to do so. I have been very pleased with the products I have purchased at sometimes less than half of retail price. But dont take my word for it. Stop in and see for yourself.

I went in to try and sell a laptop. Just because I upgraded the RAM, CPU, and Operating System, PROFESSIONALLY with a receipt from the manufacturer, they would not take it. What pawn shop does not want a "better" product to sell. There are a lot of things wrong with the owner of these two pawn shops on 41A, but the one that stands out is the employees and manager. Customer service is an understatement. Though, for some reason, the men that work here are alright, it's the women employees that put the shops to shame.

This store buys stolen property from thieves and in order to get your own property back you have to buy it for the amount the idiots payed the thief! Do not shop here!
