I've always truly loved the food here but unfortunately the service has steadily gotten worse over time.

Wow, what a horrible experience.   The customer service was terrible.  The young man didn't speak until hollering across the room to announce that he had put a burnt fried strip of something at my table and put the wrapper on my straw in my tea.  He played on his phone the whole time.  He must be family to the owner,because there's no way he'd keep a job anywhere else.  I won't ever be back.  $16 later and I'm ready to buy my first big mac in years.

Went tonight with my family for my dad's 88th birthday ( about 20 people) food was not that great and staff was very unfriendly and too expensive ( same price for kids = ridiculous ) but the cook was awesome !!

Love this restaurant. The service is  excellent. Love that I can pick out all the vegetables I like and the amount of meat that's right for me and my husband can take what he wants. Very healthy meal accompanied with a clear chicken egg drop type soup and rice  You can pile the bowl over full because it cooks down and you get to watch the gentleman that stir fries your meal to perfection. Reasonable prices and always room for any size party. Thank you for Mongolian BBQ for being where you are and wish you would come up the hill to the Placerville area also.
