No stars would be a preferred rating!!! I have a '95 Toyota Corolla. Went in to get a simple wheel alignment done, my car drives to the right SOO badly. Because I'm young & female they saw $$$$ signs. They looked at it for 5 minutes, didnt put it on the lift or jack it up at all. They attempted to tell me I needed a wheel bearing replaced before I could get an alignment done. Which then they said, the wheel bearing alone, that would cost $450! HAHA. I said, if that need fixed I'll go somewhere else! Which I did. My friend opened his own shop in Perry County, went there, he took a look at my car and said absolutely nothing was wrong with the wheel bearings. He then said he could charge me to replace em, however they didn't need to be replaced. So, being as Monro is the cheapest place I could find that does Wheel Alignments, I had to go back. As I did they again asked about the bearings. I said I took em somewhere else and my mechanic said they're fine. He cringed and said, "Ehh, they were REALLY bad. I suggest you fix em first". No sir, give me the alignment please. When it was over he then tried to say, "Your mechanic must have tightened up the wheel bearings!! They're fine now. But you should still get them replaced". Thanks, but no. Before I walked out I asked the Manager, "So you're 100% positive when I walk out of here, my car will drive straight???" "Yes, it should!!" He said. It does not. I go back tomorrow to raise hell and request my money back or an actual dang alignment be done. These people are BABOONS!!!! I don't know much about cars, but these people seem to know less than I do! DO NOT GO HERE, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

They seem to always have appointments open. Or make time for them. The other shops are nice too but this one is the best in the area

They are HONEST, helpful, treat women with repect. ALWAYS a great experience!
