stars for the whole crew at Montana Hot Springs Spa!  Cody was awesome in helping us find the right hot tub for our family, he listened to what we wanted, provided very professional service and was super polite to our kids.  The guys that delivered the tub were just as professional and very thorough on setup and maintenance steps.  Every time we go into the store for chemicals we are greeted by name and treated the same as when we were in the market for a hot tub.  I highly recommend doing business with Montana Hot Springs Spa.

Excellent sales and SERVICE way above and beyond! This is a top notch operation. They are fair and low key, and work to earn and KEEP your business. We've owned 2 tubs over 12 years. They always remember our names and their location is so convenient to stop in for product refills. Yep, we LUV the TUB!

Scott and his crew of professional and polite employees are to be commended on their customer service and follow up. Not only was the purchasing experience a very pleasant one, the advise and tips for maintaining our NXTJettsetter tub have really been welcomed. We also had a service issue that crept up over a weekend and they had us back up and running before noon on the following Monday! These are values we seldom see in today's world. Considering a purchase? You cannot go wrong at Montana Hot Springs Spas in Billings. Kudos to Scott and his crew.! Thank you.......

Nothing but praise for Montana Hot Spring Spas. We bought our hot tub many years ago but they continue to give us great customer service. In the last 8 years or so, we have had only 2 service calls. They were fast at returning our calls and the repairs were done right away. They are amazing at follow-up to make sure everything was fixed as promised. Going into their store is always a pleasant experience. Eager to assist and offer advice. I would highly recommend them. We have been very happy with our hot tub as well as the service they have provided.

We got our tub in May of 2017. The experience purchase,delivery,and maintenance has all been wonderful. We live 130 miles from Billings but service is always prompt and ordering supplies couldn’t be easier. Cody and all of the staff are always available to help with any questions we have. We love our new hot tub and Montana Hot Springs makes owning and maintaining it a wonderful experience.
