I wish I could give this place negative stars but I may be on a list to do that. We walked up with no one in the bar but the bouncer felt entitled and made us wait just to let his friends in. They do this just to make the place seem more popular. Once we were in, we tried to go upstairs but another bouncer stopped us and asked if we were on the list. I didn't realize we were at the Ritz Carlton. The Man child manager sitting in the corner denied us to go up stairs at first but once we were up there he lets us know how lucky we were to be there. Once upstairs we checked out the very spacious patio, too bad it was big enough to fit may be 2 people. Once up there, good luck getting a drink. You have to be graced by the golden god bartenders to make eye contact. This place is great, enjoy!

Best wings in "burque" in my opinion. Tuesday's they are 39cents! Their burgers are also good! The food is good in general..  The place is out of date and definitely needs to be updated.. If your going to eat I would recommend sitting down stairs it is a little better atmosphere.. They also have live music down stairs.. Upstairs has a great out door seating are with fireplace.. Very cozy during the colder months..

We went here for a Christmas party. We heard they had good food here. It took 30 min for someone to greet us at our table. It took an hour for our appetizer. It came out burnt to a crisp. Our co-workers left after 2 hrs without receiving any food what-so-ever. The waitresses were over whelmed and rude. We received our food, packed it up and left because it took so long. I will not be back here.

Comfortable, unique space with plenty of seating midday. It's gets crowded later but that adds to the ambiance here. The outdoor seating with the fireplace is great. Had several mixed drinks and their wings - which are now some of my favorite in Albuquerque.

If you aren't on the list, talk to some well dressed kid that'll point you to another well dressed kid, don't worry bro, he'll put you on the list to get in the right line for the list.
