Happy to find Two Fools Tavern! Fish and Chips are a must, and the FIRST establishment encountered that accompanies entree with enough tarter sauce to do the job!!! YAY! Outstanding Cole slaw, maybe the best! Patty melt was a hit, as well, and huge! At this visit, the Cottage Pie was the third runner up, but still a contender! Sunday (our server's name) was spot on with service! A stop at Two Fools Tavern would not be a regret and is a definite for this reviewer, next time in town!

UPDATE: 
As promised, this reviewer HAD to return  while in town, and guaranteed it will be a must EVERY visit to Albuquerque! Fish and chips are the BEST experienced, EVER and this reviewer has travelled the world! That being said DO NOT miss the opportunity to visit Two Fools Tavern, you too will find it a place to return over and over! Sit at the bar or a table, doesn't matter, it'll be your Albuquerque "spot" to bring friends, enjoy great food, PERFECT atmosphere and constant smile on your face!

Great little hole in the wall. Classy with tasteful decor. The Lucifer is a smooth yet sneaky little ale that will try to steal your soul. I will definitely be going back on my next trip through.

In town on business and so glad I discovered this place! Came in for St. Patrick's day! As expected there was a line out the door. Even with as busy as they were the service and food quality was top notch! Came back again today for Sunday brunch and I'm in love. I will definitely make this a regular stop if I come back to Albuquerque!!

So the only thing that can be a challenge in two fools is the waiting for a table! This place serves great food at affordable prices, all your servers are amazing but Anyssa and Sunday 😍 they just make your day, excellent food! Best fish and chips and town, the cottage pie is to die for! The Cobb salad is delicious and the drinks are amazing, their bartenders are experienced and definitely know how to work their crowd!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. There's always a fire burning and people to sit near. The inside FEELS like a tavern and that you've stepped into a foreign country. The food is delicious. I keep coming back and have never been disappointed in the wait time, the staff, the food, or the environment.
