This place was so friendly, helpful, and patient especially at the viewing. We buried my dearest grandpa on july 3rd 2017. Thank you so much Montecito for making his flesh leave this earth respectively and with grace. God bless this location!

Its a nice place my daughter is buried here staff was helpful, but I feel as if they are like car salesmen all about the money.

Very helpful and kept me up to date when my mom left this world 01/02/1998 sad day but they helped every step of the way even called let us no of the Xmas thing they had coming up dec of that yr went to it.. it was very nice my family is all buried here

My mother prepaid much of her burial expenses. What she did not rearrange was the flowers, coffin, body handling and the actual service. The office staff was very helpful, HOWEVER (and this is a BIG however) the pastor that was provided ruined the entire service. This pastor called me in advance and we discussed what I would like said and the facts and particulars of my mother's life and personality at length. He then told me that he would write up what he would say and meet me and my siblings an hour before the service to go over what he was going to say. After our conversation I felt comfortable that there was no need to ask anyone else to speak. He was also texted additional information about my mother's career. Instead of meeting us as agreed he showed up 10 minutes before the service saying he was stuck in traffic and told us not to worry. Imagine how disappointing it was when he said nothing that we had discussed and his generic description did not fit my mother AT ALL! He obviously had not prepared and actually picked up his cell phone during the service as if he were going to read from the text at that time! There is no second chance with a funeral and my mother deserved so much better. This man's lack of professionalism or concern is inexcusable!
