When I rushed down from the Bay Area to make arrangements for a loved one who died unexpectedly and very far from home, Rafael could not have been more helpful and professional. He explained their services, and answered all of my questions. I'm grateful for the first-rate service they provided at a most difficult time.

EVERYONE SAVE YOUR SELF TIME DO NOT COME HERE. Rafael you are a worthless more like useless person. We walked out of your office waiting for 10 minutes. You kept walking out to ask your boss for every simple question we asked about the services. I wonder if you treat other families the way you treated us.

I came looking for a place where I could celebrate the life of my beautiful brother. He was a very unique and loved individual. Therefore, his funeral service could be nothing less than that. When I came to ask some questions and get tour of your funeral home, Yesenia greeted us and was kind enough to answer all of our questions. When she showed us the chapel, that’s when I knew we had found the right place. Your funeral home was not only clean and properly equipped, but your staff also was warm and considerate. We still had to bring our parents back to approve of the funeral home, and we needed to meet with someone that spoke Spanish. I called to make an appointment and Jerry Preciado agreed to meet with us. Our appointment was so easy and stress free. Jerry explained everything in detail and not once did I feel pressured to sign a contract or buy more than I needed. It did not even feel like I was buying anything! He never treated me like a salesman. The complete opposite, he was warm, caring, and relatable. His ability to read our emotions and know when to give us space; impeccable behavior. From that day forward, Jerry was on top of it all. He called me to update me every chance he had. When my brother finally arrived at the funeral home, I felt a great relief knowing he was in good hands. Jerry called us when my brother was ready and set up a private viewing the day before the funeral service. I have to tell you, seeing my brother inside a casket was one of the hardest moments in my life… But Jerry provided the perfect place and allotted us the time to take this moment in and be prepared for what was ahead the next day. I strongly believe that my family and I were able to stand strong at my brother’s service because of this gesture. I will never forget this, because the next day the most beautiful thing happened. My brother’s celebration of life service was perfect. The staff was attentive, caring, and beyond helpful! Although Jerry was not there that day, his staff (Ramon & Rafael) were given detailed instructions that they followed to a T. We received so many compliments about my brother’s service. Everyone loved the funeral home and agreed that it was a service worthy of my brother. Most importantly, everyone that came (well over 300 people) fit and we did not have one crowded moment. Thank you so much for your amazing service and treating us like family. Really, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you with all my being. May God continue to bless you and prosper you.
