I would recommend this travel agency to anyone who would like to use a great, considerate, patience agency. I was told everything up front the people I worked with Loris, and Sandra were awesome. Not only did they get my information to me I had no problem from start to finish. Anyone who is looking for a top notch agency to work with look no farther. Hands down I will be using Montrose forever. 5 Stars is not enough to give them if I could give a 10 star I would.

I have super excellent credit and just received a Visa offering double the points if I book through Montrose Travel.  Ha !  Just tried to use their website to price a trip to Europe I will be taking.  After putting in all the information, dates, etc., and hitting the 'Search' button, I was taken back to the home screen to start all over again, multiple times.  Get a CLUE people !!   I will take this trip, but not with Montrose Travel.

The travel agency is not dead in this age of the internet, mostly because the internet has made what was once a simple money saving move in to a horrible, non refundable, non human interaction that's designed to rip you off and leave you sad. These guys saved me almost a thousand bucks on a trip back east with me and my family and made it painless to boot. I would highly recommend this place.

Too bad a star must be given. Cos zilch is the only star fitting for this type of service. Even if we were in the stone ages, this wont be acceptable. They are only in business out of someone's oversight. I travel often and quite frankly have not encountered a worse service. Shear disregard & disrespect for customers time. I spent about 2 hours waiting on the phone. Then someone picked and hung up.
