Compared their jewelry quality of those to Costco (who sales VVS and near colorless stones), got a response of "why would you buy diamonds where you purchase bulk cheese". 
Employee there seemed very disgruntled and had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. 
Not sure if it was due to our skin color, or the fact that I inquired about their jewelry selection to local competition. 
BUYER BEWARE!

The best experience I could have imagined. Me and my hubby picked out a ring on a whim and he went back later that day and bought it, while he did that I was at another store (zales) and found a ring I liked better. I didn't know he was that serious on buying a ring and so I thought I had plenty of time but he proposed about a week later with the first ring and said I know how much you love the other one and I will get you that one if you still like it more. I went to Moodys and explained and they told me the differences I would be getting between their store and zales in the mall. I looked around some more to see if I liked any rings better but didn't find anything and was still set until the salesman Jake brought out just a setting that I could add the diamond to. I LOVED IT but of course it was over 2,000 out of my price range. They called the owners for me and worked me a deal to be the same cost as the first ring. Jake is amazing from there. He didn't mind that they were closing and it wasn't even his sale to save. I go back every few months to get my ring cleaned and they remembered my name from the beginning. The difference between this family owned business and another jewelry store is truly unexplainable. I will never buy another precious gem anywhere else

Moody's is the only jeweler that I'll ever go to...friendly ,helpful, understanding best customer service
