My fiancé and I found a setting online we loved for an engagement ring. It was marked at a deep discount (67% off). We were so excited to find such an opportunity at a dream ring. We drove to the Tulsa location to place the order, just because we wanted to do that kind of transaction in person. They ordered it, we made the payment in full, and we were told the ring would be in in about a week. 3 days later by EMAIL we were notified the order had been backordered, and then a day later our order was canceled and the money was refunded. Obviously emotions were high so we cooled off and calmly went into the store to see if there was anything at all we could do. The employees were genuinely so helpful and did everything they could. But the best Jared Customer Service would offer us was a $175 gift card to the store (and if we didn't find something that day we couldn't keep it). The closest thing to what we ordered was about $1200 more than what we paid. I was impressed with the employees customer service, and I felt they did everything they could. I was very disappointed in corporate customer service and their communication with us. I still recommend Jared to others because I do feel the sales people did everything they could do for us.

Nice store, with a very friendly manager. Drove from Arkansas to have our wedding rings cleaned and inspected. The lady assisting us was either new or very inexperienced. However, everyone was friendly.

My sister and I were in the store last week to get our rings cleaned. The new general manager Danny White, took us in their diamond room and showed us our diamonds on their video screen. We were very impressed with the service. That was the first time we have seen our diamonds up close like that. Great Job Jared! We left two happy ladies!!

My husband and I were shopping for a 25 year anniversary gift last week and stopped by Jared. The entire staff was really friendly and professional. Although I did not purchase my current wedding ring from them, the manager took us into a room to see our diamond under a microscope. He was very complimentary of the diamond which made us both feel good. We will be doing business with Jared in the future!

Finding the perfect ring was beginning to feel impossible. I was feeling hopeless and at the verge of giving up. One of the sales associates saw that I was having a hard time and came to my rescue! He asked me what exactly I was looking for and what my price ranges were. He didnt just show me one ring and demand that was the one I needed. He had a selection of the ones he thought I would prefer. He also shared his thoughts on which was best for me... and I happily agreed! Not only will I recommend Jared to my friends but the sales associate Frankie Armijo! He went above and beyond for me! Not only was he doing his job but he was enjoying it too. I hope he is recognized for his amazing help! He will never know how special he made the experience for me! Thank You Frankie! You are a Blessing from God a great salesman also!
