Took my Army boots to be repaired.  Asked for zippers repaired so I could zip boots on. returned and with first pull, the zipper taps broke off. Returned and repair was unprofessional. Ignored all requests for better repair. Owner acted like it was all my fault. Never will go back.

I was told by his assistant that it would be $120 and a week till the boots would be ready. I called a week later, the owner said it would be five more days and $30 more. When I asked why, he became vary rude and said for me to come get my boots because he was occupied with other work. I WIILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOE REPAIR STORE. Being polite and having a explanation would have went a long way. How this man stays in business is be on me.RUDE!!!!

It's the only shoe repair I know n every time I leave, I regret going!!! Very, very poor work and it's not cheap.. they overcharge n the work is messy and UGLY!!!

He has done much work for me BUT when I questioned an expensive repair, after he ripped the sole off, and was polishing a pair of shoes he has just repaired while talking to me, he tried to charge me $10 for polishing the shoes, something about better than a swap meet, and when I refused the expensive fix for the shoe he ripped, HE TOLD ME TO GET OUT after spending at least $500 in the past year.  Off to a better place

This guy is beyond rude,  his Spit shine is horrible, I have seen him arguing with customers in the past. This man tries to tell you " I'm a Marine"  Here's a news flash
Your shine is NOT Marine worthy, and neither are your manners.  Stay away from this place.
