I was very happy with the store, very disappointed in corporate. I learned that if I didn't have a receipt I would receive a store credit that had to be used that evening. I'm a working Grand mother and sometimes I'm lucky to return anything, so to be forced to shop at the time of return is ridiculous. I feel for the poor working Moms that have children with them that don't have the extra time either. I find your policy with stores closing all over that your customer service would be better. I told the sales person that it wasn't her fault but she wouldn't see me in her store ever again. Pretty sad when so many stores are closing. Thank you for your time.
