Dr. Moon is a pretty cool dude, makes me feel calm in a place that i hate, we chat about sports and other random stuff in office. Hes fast, gets in there and gets his stuff done and im out. Wife and I enjoy our visits. I do agree with some of the poor reviews on here though; its hard to get the phones answered and or get an appointment. You hit the lotto if someone answers the phone so for now stuck making appointments in person...

Why is it so hard to make an appointment? Why don't they return calls when you leave a message? Why doesn't anyone pick up the phone? Why is it that your hours said 8-5 but no one is there at 8? I've been trying to make an appointment with them for months. This is ridiculous.

I went in the office trying to inquire about pricing because I needed a root canal. Well long story short...I think the staff at the front desk is not friendly. They were very dry and short with me.

Very personable staff that makes you feel comfortable. Short wait time, fast and efficient. The staff is also knowlegable of the procedures and my plan of care so that they can explain everything you need to know about what is going on in layman's terms.
