I have a special needs daughter and Dr. Clark and her staff have always been so understanding of our situation. She feels very comfortable here. They have always worked well with her. Very professional staff. Been going there for almost 3 years. Never had any issues.

My wife scheduled our kids here and I had some questions about insurance. I can't remember the lady name that I spoke to but she answered all my questions about insurance. I'm hesitant since apparently this office is out of network with ALL PPO insurances. The lady let me know I can get my amount that my insurance will pay before the appointment by calling my insurance first. I haven't called yet, but to know I can get the amount before I come in and get trapped into paying is a plus. All of our friends love Dr. Clark's office and have nothing but good to say. I'm giving this review because the person was very helpful before the appointment and I can appreciate that. I guess it's hit or miss with the receptionist that picks up the phone.

Dr. Clark and her staff are amazing! They are amazing with children. My 3 year old was totally comfortable & enjoyed her dental experience.

If Awesome and Amazing got together and made sweet love and had a baby, that baby would be Pearland Pediatric Dentistry.

I just called to make an appointment for my 2 boys and first impression, not great. They picked up the phone and immediately placed me on hold for 5 minutes. The receptionist comes back on and I told her that my kids will be new patients. Second thing she said was a disclaimer that they are not on my insurance network (before asking what insurance I have). Apparently they are not part of any insurance network and there is no way to tell how much I will end up paying until after the procedure. Seriously? I still plow through in spite of my irritation. So she looks at their calendar and tells me she has 2 openings tomorrow. No go, I said. My kids are still in school this week and I was looking for a summer appointment. She said their summer calendar is pretty full and their earliest opening is in mid July to early August. That's fine, I said. She places me on hold again, this time for 10 minutes. She comes back on and completely forgot that it was still me holding. She looks at the calendar again and said she has 1 opening for August 16th. Whatever happened to mid July, who knows. No go, I said. I need both boys to be seen at the same time please. She said she has 2 openings available on August 23rd. No dice, school starts August 17th. I mean, for real?? They were the first place I called because of the 5 star reviews on Google and maybe this dentist is excellent. But if I have to go through the gates of hell by way of the receptionist to see this amazing dentist, I think I'll pass. Moving on.
