We ordered chairs and since we lived close decided to pickup. We were told the day they would be in and when we went there, the store was closed. Tired to get in touch with them for 2 days. We finally did and were told they would be in the following day (Thursday). To make sure we didn't make another wasted trip, we waited until today to make sure the chairs were in. When we called, we spoke to the man who we purchased the chairs from. He told us the chairs were in last Tuesday. So, when we called last week and told the chairs weren't there, they in fact were. While I typically wouldn't even consider this a problem, I am annoyed that when we did pick them up, they required assembly. Not once were we told that would be the case. The whole purpose in ordering them from a furniture store was that we wouldn't have to assemble. I could have purchased the exact chairs I really was looking for cheaper from Wayfair if we knew we needed to put together. Won't be going back.

Ordered a living room set last week and just got a delivery yesterday I found the love seat was ripped from the back so I called the store keeper and they just came back today with the new piece and a free area rug They made happy again thank you
