We had a medical emergency today with our dog Moose. After being told by our regular Veterinary Clinic that they were just too busy, my boyfriend took her to Moore Lane Veterinary Clinic. We did not call ahead. He was met at the door immediately. They took Moose from his arms and back to the treatment area. The care and compassion shown by everybody was incredible. That includes the lady's at the front desk. Special acknowledgement to Dr Randy, (we don't know his surname as he said to call him Randy) and Sierra. Thank you is not enough. Moose just could not have had better care. I will continue to use Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital for all of my animals medical needs. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

I figured i needed to warn people about this place. I went there a while ago with my guinea pigs. They told me a rough price for seeing them, which I agreed to. They did not tell me the prices of anything else as we went along with the appointment, or that my pigs were beyond help. I went to check out, and my bill was almost $400 to see 2 guinea pigs and antibiotics! My sick pig ended up dying a few hours later, which isn't their fault, but I wish the vet would have just told me that he was beyond help. The front desk receptionist proceeded to yell "SHE CAN'T AFFORD IT, WHAT DO I DO?" to all the other receptionists, and embarrassed me to no end as everyone else is the lobby was listening as well. I paid, and left in tears. I will NEVER give them our business again. EXTREMELY poor customer service, and I knew more about my guinea pigs health than the veterinarian.

I have always found the Veterinarians to be so compassionate, taking the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I have found the same compassion with the technicians and staff. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to may make my pets and myself feel at ease.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone. I trust the Doctors here with my own pet who is my baby. I had to take my dog in on emergency and we were helped right away and they were very caring towards both me and my dog.

One star is generous at best. We brought our very ill cat from in from out of town. The ER staff was nice but it all went downhill from there. We contacted the establishment multiple times and was told that our cat was looking much better. Two days later we were able to go into town to see her condition, and after speaking to the vet on the phone, we were told not only was our cat not any healthier, but that the most humane decision was to euthanize or cat. When we arrived at the establishment, we were treated very poorly at the door, with massive miscommunication. The clerk tried to give us a list of take home medications for our cat. We where then told that the veterinarian that would be euthanizing our cat had probably gone home for the day, after we had already spoken with them and made arrangements. We were given time to say goodbye to our cat in a room, for 45 long minutes. The vet on staff told us, "she's not suffering, she just couldn't breathe." We also discovered while as we paid for an IV to be administered, in her two days there, she was only administered one IV. They claimed it was "cost prohibitive." After we had to say goodbye to our cat, they tried to charge us a fee for cremation. We stated we would be taking our cat home for proper burial and they were astonished we refused to not only pay, but that we would be taking a member of the family home. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone I know. I have never been so disgusted by a business that blatantly lies about the well being of an animal for monetary costs.
