We were initially permitted to go out on a large lake without a lot of access to other lakes. Thankfully these guys helped us out by letting us know that Mudro lake access had just opened up earlier that day (some people must have cancelled). They directed us to take this route if we were feeling like adventurous. We followed their directions, and ended up having a blast. They circled some great spots for us to camp, and overall were just really nice people to deal with. We've found our outfitter for years to come.

We just got back from a week long trip and Moose Tracks was our outfitters. Candidly, I would rank all of the outfitters I've ever used as 5 star and Moose Tracks is no exception. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived and waiting at the takeout when we left. Jim drove us to and from our put in/take out and shared useful information the entire time. His advice was spot on about every lake we travelled through. They also provided free showers for us when we were done. These folks know the boundary waters.

Beautiful place on the lake, friendly and helpful owners. A few things to be aware of: cabins are pretty close to each other, shower stalls are tiny, and there is no A/C. If you are okay with all of these, you will be loving it there. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's a relaxing getaway with cabins right on the lake. About 5 miles from town so you can get groceries or whatever easily.
