Vernon took care of me in a very professional manner without any pushy sales. I felt like he had my best interest the entire time. I even left to visit a few other stores and came back b/c of how I was treated and the prices he was able offer. Very impressed. Ask for Vernon if you come to Mor!

WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD.  

When I was in store, I purchased a couch. I LOVE it, it’s great quality and the man who sold it to us was kind.

HOWEVER, they charged me $50 to finance a couch (so I couldn’t afford to pay it of all at once...here’s a fee for that) and apparently because I chose to finance I have an extra $15 fee applied every payment to protect the couch if it gets damaged while I’m not technically owner. I wasn’t told of the $50 financing fee until we had already finished the process, and I didn’t know about the extra $15 charge until my first bill arrived. OH AND I’m supposed to drive all the way to there (a good 40 minute drive from where I live) to make my last payment apparently? Thank goodness I had to call them today so I got to find that out...otherwise I would have been absolutely blindsided next month when I attempted to pay my bill online before I HEAD TO WORK THE DAY MY PAYMENT IS DUE. 

I love my new couch, and my mom loved my new couch when she slept on it during her visit, but despite that, I will NOT be shopping at Mor Furniture again. 

I’m a 19 year old girl, and they saw that and took full advantage. 
They left out so many details and explanations because they saw my excitement and knew they could trick me into spending more. 

I’m disgusted, disappointed, and more than a little angry. I’ve always been a pretty responsible and attentive young woman, and Mor furniture taught me that I still haven’t learned enough to be prepared to handle the manipulative people in the real world. And I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO.

Me and my husband bought a sofa today and waiting for it to be delivered next week! We were helped by a lady named Elena who was still on training, but did an incredible job showing us exactly what we asked for! She showed us a lot of options and then gave us time alone to decide and to look around. She described all the details of each couch, pros and cons, explained pricing and offered us drinks and snacks. Check-out process was easy and she made sure that she ordered the exact sofa we wanted, double-checking with us each detail. Thank you Elena!

I had been to several different furniture stores looking for a dining table I liked. Mor Furniture for Less has such a big selection, I was very impressed! Saeng was the gentleman who helped my husband and I and he was on top of it. He was very helpful in helping us find the table we wanted and was never overbearing or pushy. He was very knowledgeable and knew what would look good with the colors of our flooring, cabinets and carpeting. I recommend going to Mor Furniture first than wasting a whole day going to 7 other different stores.

Came to get the matching night stand and dresser to match my bed that I got a few months ago. I asked for Justin who helped me last time and he came to meet me right away. He doesn't pressure me, which I can appreciate. He's so nice and always make me feel comfortable and at ease. I made a few changes along the way but he didnt seem to mind. Super happy with my purchase and customer experience. Will definitely ask for him again when I come back for the dinning set.
