We found the salespeople here to be very nice and helpful. They took us around the entire store and pointed out which furniture suited what we were looking for. And when we actually went to buy one, they weren't too pushy with the extras such as delivery or protection plans. The wait for our furniture is going to be a bit long, around 4 weeks, but that's not really within their control. The prices are alright, and while some things are quite spendy, you can find some good deals there. Their hours are also insane. Buying a table at 8:45 at night was awesome!

Purchased a Queen bed on 7/22. Was talked in to purchasing this particular bed because it was “available”. When we went to schedule delivery I was told it isn’t actually available for 2 weeks. I was annoyed but willing to wait 2 weeks. It is NOW almost 2 MONTHS later. Still no bed, more delivery reschedules than I care to count. Yesterday, they tried to deliver part of the bed. What good is that? Unable to reach anybody on the phone. Drive to the store to talk to somebody since I’m fed up with Mor and can’t reach anybody on the phone. At this point I’m willing to take ANY bed, nothing available for “2 weeks”. Not falling for that one again. What is the point of having a show room if you can’t actually purchase the items in it. All I have gotten from Mor is “sorry”. Horrible.

After looking all over town for a new bedframe, we finally found one at Mor. We purchase it on 7/20 even after being told it wouldn't arrive until 8/23. We had arranged for a family member to be at our house on 8/23 because we were going to be out of town on vacation. Our family member stayed at our house for over 8hrs waiting for the bed to be delivered. We called Mor, since they never called to inform us the bed would not be delivered. We were informed they were still waiting on the side rails and would not be delivered until 9/2. It gets closer to 9/2 and we receive a call saying the bed won't be there until 9/14. We then get another call on 9/12 stating the bed won't be delivered until 9/24 because the side rails still had not arrived. The last straw was the voice mail on 9/22 letting us know it would be yet another week before the bed would be delivered. Needless to say, when we get our bed, if it ever comes in, we will be taking our business else where and will not be recommending Mor to anyone in the future.

Bought couches here about 20 years ago. Experience was good and they did last me almost 20 years. I went back recently and looked around a bit and found one I liked. Then when I talked to the salesman he said it would be almost a month for delivery. They need to find a way to warehouse their furniture a little closer to Washington if they are gonna keep selling furniture here. People don't want to wait that long. I ended up buying a couch that day from a store down the street for about the same price. MOR would have had my money if they could figure out better logistics for Washington state.

The worst possible customer service ever! Issues with a couch, love seat, cushions need replaced, had a service agreement providing replacement, met all guidelines, was promised replacement, been trying to get those cushions for 2 years now! Was finally told the cushions were lost in the mail and could get some store credit and go buy new furniture. Will NEVER go in the store again, NEVER!!!
