An enthusiastic five stars for the folks at Spokane Overstock. Every interaction, from a phone call, to the in-store conversation, to the delivery of our mattress was wonderful. Kind, cordial, customer-oriented staff that help to educate you on their products in an effort to determine if they have something that can fit your needs. We got a great price on the two mattresses we bought, had very positive interactions with their staff, and will most definitely be back when we're in need of a mattress again. My wife and I purchased a sectional from Jason at the Divison location in Spokane, WA. We had never been there before and our experience was very professional, genuine, quick and efficient. It didn't feel like a sales pitch at all. Once we made our decision all the way until it was all delivered there was constant communication with updates, and the delivery was a pleasant experience as well! We love our couch, it's great quality, and we are very happy with our decision to purchase locally from Spokane Overstock!

I could never say enough good things about Robert at Overstock Division. The quality of care that he provided along with his knowledge of the products he sells were beyond what I expected from a discount store. He gave us the best deal possible and maintained a friendly and personable demeanor. I am more than pleased and will be returning for future purchases. Thank you, Robert and Overstock.

Super helpful sales people. Not irritating or pushy, laid back environment. Some unique furniture styles. Both of the mattresses we purchased are great quality for a very reasonable price. We are officially pleaded with our furniture, matresses & experience!
