This firm is NOT for the people. I was constantly reminded I was a LOW DOLLAR CASE. I provided much information and did much of their discovery work. We supposedly went to litigation against my insurance company for my uninsured motorist payout which raises M & M's fee. I showed up for deposition I was supeoned for the receptionist for the building I was to go to told me my case was settled out of court so I drove unecessarrily. Conveniently the case closed after I told them that the states attorney has video of my accident. Out of my company settling and a small amout from the company of the car that hit me, I received after doctors got paid a very small amount compared to the lawyer's take. I never laid eyes on my lawyer in the two years and may have spoken to him once.

Do not hire this firm to any of disability cases.The take more time than allow to collect more money from your case. On top of that, the attorneys are quitting the firm and the assistants never inform the client about it. If you have a case date, they never contact you to inform about it. If the attorney assigned to you quit, they never send the new release form for the next representation. They never return calls and are for the money not the people. �����. Good luck with Tampa office and never contact client services, they don't do their job. We should take them to the board to loose his license.
