Going good at first and eventually attorneys and paralegals stop being helpful. We got to a point where my husband and I would show up to the office location and the attorney would refuse to see us, they were too busy for us. Never updated us on anything and the documents they wanted us to sign were very vague. They include brightly colored complaint sheets in your welcome package (that we didn’t notice right away hence the reason we moved forward with them). These complaint sheets were clear evidence that they are constantly doing something wrong since they have a line to call just to file complaints you are having with your service or treatment. Just awful service. No one really cares about you just the money they can get from you.

Pendas law firm has been amazing at meeting all of our needs for our case. Everything you have to go through after an accident is excrutiating and difficult but this law firm seriously made it go so much smoother. Laudye Pagan made it her goal to keep me updated with my case and get everything moving as soon as possible to assure me compensation in a timely manner. I appreciate their hard work and dedication!

My case settled on December 22, 2017. Is March 16, 2018 and neither my wife and I have received any money. By the way, every time you call you have to leave a message, I’m still waiting for them to call me back. You be the judge.

Very nice people ! They work hard to get the job done right and as fast as they can. Lizette Gonzalez assisted me in mine and she was awesome! Very courteous and keeps you updated with stuff as soon as she finds out herself! I would definitely recommend this firm to everyone!
