Sadly, both the MS branch website and the 1-888 customer assistance number were disappointments. I am simply trying to obtain this minor piece of information: what are the business hours of the branch in Bloomington, MN? You would think the website would post this. Nope. The 1-888 number was a byzantine maze of multiple layers of automated confusion that sounded pleasant but led me nowhere useful. Finally, after 7 minutes navigating the maze, I reached a breathing human. She put me on hold "for a minute". After three, I hung up. Goodbye, Morgan Stanley.
