I would suggest that if you need to have a reliable storage facility, you should stay away from this one.
They are never there to answer the phone so you are transferred to a call center who sends them a message to call you back. Unfortunately, they never call back. I have two units there that I have not been able to access because they say I have a past due balance. I have all the information to give them to show that i am paid in full but they never call back to give them the information. So now my units are hostage to these morans......

Awesome facilty! Clean! Great staff! They even accept my UPS packages so I dont have to go pick them up later at UPS. Easy access to the unit as well...
