PODS the overall company had been great until today. We needed to access our POD, so I called on a Friday and made an appointment fpr the upcoming Thursday (because they need a minimum 24 hour notice, which is 100% fine) The manager/whoever was supposed to be there WAS NOT THERE  because something along the lines of 'there were no appointments on that day. The company said: "He will be there in 45 minutes.
My husband & I went during his lunch brea, we did t have that time. We have all day access tomorrow.. Hopefully this "no-show" guy is there... Again, the larger company of PODS has been very helpful, friendly & efficient. This just seems to be a common recurrence with this location. Time for a new employee/location management?

This company dose not deserve one star.  Do not do business with them.   I have had a container stored for a number of months.  I contacted PODS to access it well within the rules as laid out on the web site.   Not only was the container not ready for me there was no one on site to help me.  I contacted customer service who then called someone who the called another person that showed 10 min later.   This now 1 hour after my appointment.  When the driver arrived he had no paper work on idea that an appointment had been made.  Then the driver as he was call began moving containers.  After about 30 to 45 min. of this I asked how much longer it would be my answer was "a wile" at point I left.  To call PODS a service company is a feud.  I could go on but whats the point.
