We have used Moss Insurance for our business insurance for many years.   The staff is very efficient and all our requests are handled quickly and professionally.   A good company to do business with!

They are crooks, underhanded and dishonest. For about 7 years I paid premium rate for full coverage on a car AND they had a photo copy of my title, when someone crashed and totaled my car. They only paid out on a salvage title value. How was I supposed to know they were not even legally supposed to sell "full coverage" on a salvage title vehicle. No they never refunded any of my money back. They are "Professional Business Crooks".  The company I had my actual insurance with was great, but moss insurance owners are just crooks doing business. It would be great if the state insurance commission would do an investigation on these crooks. They would probably find out they have ripped off many consumers that trusted them. To bad this review site doesn't offer negative stars like black holes. So consumers if you are still with moss ins. because they do represent some great insurance companies. CHECK YOUR POLICIES, KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. REVIEW IT AT LEAST EVERY 6 MONTHS.
