Angie from the greenville location is the rudest woman I've ever came across. She makes it so difficult to make a payment absolutely horrible. I will be switching to liberty mutual because of her and also my rate with them is alot lower than geico. Geico lost a customer who always pays on time. Way to go Angie

Great customer service from desk staff.  Went to inquire of an open claim.  I was advised, I had to call Geico customer service 1-800# on my own vs. being offered to call on my behalf since I was there in a Geico local office???.  The lady I initially talked to upon arrival left the office and I was tossed to another rep, but I was advised that would happened.  I would have preferred to deal with same lady and not have to explain why I was there a 2nd time with a different person.
