Nice motel6 compared to we stayed so far.Its look like they remodel recently as we find new vanity,lights fixtures and floor.Not much fancy but value for Money.found safe and quiet so will surely stay here if we are in town.

The person at the desk was very rude. Yelled at me over the phone. He needs to learn Customer service. And rethink the way your payment is on line. I should not have to use a 3rd party to pay. And I was double charged. I will never rent from you again. (The room rate was taken when I booked the room . Then charges again at check in. )

If I could leave no stars I would. This was worst motel room I have ever stayed in! At first it was fine besides the fact of no one at the front desk upon arrival, waited a couple minutes but rang them with a call button, no big deal, got checked in, lady was friendly. First 5 minutes in the room and we were disgusted. Large drink stain on the wall that was not even attempted to wipe down, the sink vanity has white streaks coming down the front of the marble, the pillows were FILTHY! Looked like they had not been washed in weeks, that’s how dirty they were! The mattress that was showing had a large red splatter stain on it. The light fixture on the wall had been replaced at one point and they put a new one in which was a nice upgrade but where the old one was had about a 8 in” bigger wall mount plate than the new one so the old drill holes with anchors were showing as well as a white patch of wall where the old plate hung, maybe should have filled in the holes and painted it to match the rest of the wall before you put up the new light fixture. The bathroom towel hanging on the bathtub when turned over had a large black dirt/ grease hand print on it. The bathtub faucet had a gap all around it so water I’m sure has been running behind the shower lining for god knows how long. The mini fridge was not operable. When I took the pillows to the counter to exchange for hopefull clean ones there was no one at the counter, but then a guy who appeared to work there came walking through the front door from a car carrying a case of coors lite bottles into the employees only room, then came out to help me. I told him the pillows were filthy and I would like new ones, he said oh the housekeeping must have over looked the pillows, how do you forget to take the pillow cases to wash? ( the cases as well as the pillows were stained and dingy and nasty.) I asked for new bedding as well beings the sheets were about as wrinkled and used looking as it could get! I know they were not washed either! He refused to give me sheets and he said the sheets are washed daily and he insisted the sheets were clean and then opened the door to show me the clean linen in the employees only room which he unloaded his beer at earlier. How could they overlook the pillow cases if they do the bedding every day, isn’t that part of the bedding!?!? The furniture was dated and beat up as well with flaking veneers, etc. I understand some of the things I listed are cosmetic and not that important but with that on top of the filth in the room really topped it all off. Oh and the air unit it the room was blowing hot air then would switch over to cold air then back to hot, all night long! What a disgusting experience! We slept in our clothes and on top of the bedding. I would not recommend this stay to anyone! The only reason we stayed. Was because we had to be at the hospital at 5 A.M. for surgery and his hotel was a block away, bad decision!

So. Bed sheets and towels still seem to be a problem. READ ON I checked in, and was treated by a friendly gentleman. Spoke good English, and was very well mannered. Showed me where the laundry and vending was as well as told me a good place to park to be closer to my room. I get to my room. First impression: it’s cute. Everything you would expect in terms of size for a budget motel. I turn on the heater because it was a little chilly in the room, and am greeted with a terrible sound coming from the unit. Ok. I can eventually ignore that. I go into the shower “closet” and short of it being stainless steel, the toilet resembles that of a prison toilet. I guess the seat cover is extra? 🤷🏻‍♂️ I reached to unfold a towel, and see a large black smudge on it. Ok. I pick up the second towel, which initially was ok, but unfolding revealed another black smudge. Ok. Cool. I guess I’m using a dirty towel, because I just spent 17.5 hours driving and don’t really feel like waiting on housekeeping. I go to sit on my bed, which is nice and firm (if you’re into that kinda thing) and see a little black spot on the “baseboard” of the wall. I look down further, and notice a semi-regular pattern of little black dots. Well. I guess they ran out of liquid nails, cause they used the solid ones. And you can see them. All around the room. I pulled back the sheets, and lo and behold. Black smudges. The hinge to the door for the “shower closet” are rusted. The shower drain cover is just haphazardly placed over the drain hole. The soap. Oh, the soap.... Well. For starters, all I got was two bars of soap. No shampoo. No conditioner. No lotion. I was stuck with washing my hair with a bar of body soap. On top of that. The soap makes you feel a certain way. I can only liken it to pouring AstroGlide onto your body (or some other “personal lubricant”). And it worked just like it, too. You get it wet on your skin (trying to rinse it off), and it gets more slippery. You towel dry, and it’s fine. Just don’t get wet again. (That’s what he said?) 🤦🏼‍♂️ Oh yea. Because of the lube-like body soap, the shower pan had this turtle wax appearance. It also comes with the slip. Just don’t fall when you step in. Best to use the handles on the shower wall. In conclusion (TLDR): Bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, towels, bed sheets. Otherwise, a good stay. Nice and quite given there is a truck stop just next door.
